Introduction

Years ago, my brother and I began our trials and tribulations in the part art part business world of investing in rental properties. This blog will be the prelude to our upcoming book entitled "I gotta go, the rent man is here".

Once someone sees you coming and calls you the "rent-man", you know you have arrived. My brother, dini is a rent-man. He has taught his buddy bogey the skills needed to also become a rent man.

Setting: the setting of our story is in the hood. The hood in this case happens to be charlotte, north carolina where dini, bogey, and myself own several rental properties.
